If you do not make a payment within 2 days of making your reservation, the items reservation will be removed and it will become available for others to reserve again.
If you have any issues, please get in touch by emailing spsptfa.useduniform@gmail.com
All proceeds go towards the PTFA funds which directly impact the children’s school life.
All the uniform we have in stock is quality checked and washed before sale.
'Very good' items are those that don't have any noticeable faults or previous owners' names still present. Please be aware they are still in used condition though, so you may see some fabric colour fading, faded label print, or material wear like bobbling.
'Good' items are those that may have the previous owners' name still present, or that have minor faults like labels cut out, very small stain marks, or a very small hole in the fabric somewhere. For these items a label has been attached to each item to describe the fault on its item, which can be removed upon receipt.
All other logo used uniform that is donated, but that we wouldn't be comfortable dressing our own children in e.g. too many stains, has been donated to fabric recycling banks.
If you receive an item that you are not happy with the quality of, drop us a quick message via email to spsptfa.useduniform@gmail.com and if we are able we'll swap your item for another available in that category or offer you a different item of the same price. We cannot offer refunds.
Only logo'd items are resold by the PTFA. All other non-logo'd items that are donated are taken to charity shops or fabric recycling. If you are in need of these types of uniform, please use other platforms like Vinted or equivalent.
When you have finished with logo'd uniform please consider re-donating it to the PTFA to be resold again.
